With a Centre open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Fidelidade Assistance provides assistance in around 400,000* claims per year, whose quality is permanently diagnosed.

We provide our teams with permanent training to ensure our clients are provided the best service possible.

Our team is trained to deal with emergency situations and is able to converse in various languages, including French, English, Spanish and Ukrainian, among others.

We have an extensive network of providers, including doctors, breakdown services, ambulances, taxis and rent-a-car companies, that can react at anytime and anywhere in the world. We also have access to lawyers, tradesmen and other domestic service providers.

We use a combination of immediate feedback methods after a service has been provided and more in-depth analysis tools to measure overall satisfaction and the level of recommendation. This multifaceted approach ensures that each interaction with our clients is an opportunity to improve our services.

Fidelidade Assistance ensures permanent cost control with regard to accidents within its internal network of service providers, enabling it to have the most competitive pricing policy in the markets where it operates.
